Arc Spray Gun is that type of process in which uses an oxy-fuel flame to melt the wires. After melting the molten metal is then atomized with compressed air to create a spray stream that applies the coating on the surface being sprayed. This Metal Spray is a user-friendly wire metal spray system uses to spray both ferrous & nonferrous material. Key applications are restoring worn-out components, conductivity, and anti-corrosion coating.

The wire is fed into the front torch of the Arc spray gun through the air-driven turbine. Fuel gas like acetylene, LPG, Propane & oxygen is properly and safely mixed in the siphon plug head assembly which provides a combustible heat source.

Generally, suitable for all metals and metal alloys in wire form is used for spray coating i.e. Zinc, Copper, Aluminium Brass, Bronze, Steel, Stainless Steel, Molybdenum, Nickel Alloy, etc. Standard Wire use for flame spray.

The molten spray deposit and solidifies on the component surface to form a dense, strongly adherent coating is suitable for Corrosion Protection.
