ZINC SPRAY BOOTH FOR LPG CYLINDERS

Zinc Spray Booth for  LPG Cylinders are manufactured and supplied by Airo Shot Blasting Equipments. We offer zinc spray booths for various LPG cylinder manufacturers. Recently Airo Shot Blasting has manufactured a whole automatic zinc spray booth (aluminum spray booth) for one of the largest cylinder manufacturers in India, this system needs individual arbitration only for loading & unloading cylinders and for the supervision of the method. The repeated condition can be confirmed with quantitative production. Cylinders to be hinged vertically on an overhead conveyor which primarily goes to the sand blasting cabinet and then to the thermal spray coating booth.

Dry Spray Booth for Zinc Metallizing Of LPG Cylinders

Purpose:

Zinc Coating (Metalizing) of the outer surface of LPG Cylinder

The LPG Cylinder is placed manually on a two roller conveyor which moves forward direction as well as rotates inside the thermal spray booth. The two roller conveyor is driven by an electric motor. The Worker spray Zinc or Aluminum with the help of either Wire Flame Spray Gun or Arc Spray Gun (Air Drive or DC Drive) with Electric Power Source.

The dust & fume produced during the Zinc Metallizing (aluminum metalizing) process is absorbed by the exhaust fan mounted on Reverse Pulse Jet Pleated Filter Dust Collector. The Cyclone collects the coarse dust & much little dust gets collected in the Reverse Pulse Jet Pleated Filter Dust Collector, keeping the atmosphere clean and friendly.

Vestibules:

Both sides of Zinc Spray Booth (Aluminum Spray Booth)  are provided with Vestibules to stop the spread of dust and fumes at the entry or exit of the LPG Cylinder.

LPG Cylinder Blasting Booth

LPG Cylinder Blasting Booth is utilized to consequently clean the outside of the LPG cylinders by blasting the coarseness material coming from the turbines of the machine in a limited chamber.   • Cabinet Liner Manganese Steel Liner in size 12 mm indirect blast zone remaining area lined with rubber liner 6 mm thick.
  • Fabric Bag Dust Collector with a dynamically balanced blower unit with ducting to keep Dust Collector about 1 meter away from Blast Cabinet. Ducting has a damper valve to regulate suction. The automatic Mechanical Shaker unit is provided for Dust Bags.
  • Independent Cubical Control Panel with ammeter and Voltmeter and timers, push-button, contactor, thermal overload relays with inbuilt single phase preventer, overload protection, HRC fuses, indicating lamps and main isolator, etc.
