Suction Blasting Cabinet (ASB 6060)

A Suction Blasting Cabinet is used with suction blast guns or large blasting cabinet guns. These guns direct a mixture of compressed air and abrasive media at high speed to remove corrosion, coatings, rust, etc. The blast stream from the sandblasting gun can produce a uniform texture or create an etched finish to increase bonding strength for coating in Suction Blasting Cabinet.

The high-performance small blasting cabinet gun gives a comfortable grip for the operator and permits precise control of the blast pattern. The gun keeps the air and blast nozzle carefully aligned to maximum blast efficiency and minimizes gun-body wear. The gun can work with most recyclable blast abrasive media, including glass beads, ceramics, aluminum oxide, and some sizes of steel grit and shot, so we can select the appropriate abrasive media for our application. Thus it is done in an appropriate cabinet such as sandblasting cabinet, shot blast cabinet, media blast cabinet, grit blast cabinet, etc.

• Dry & oil-free compressed air and its connection up to the machine’s inlet.
•  Abrasive media required for blasting.
• The air supply line should be 1" I.D., BSP.
•  A.C. Electric supply of 415V/3P [4 wires] / 50 Hz & its connection up to machine’s control panel.
