Product details
A pressure blasting cabinet is built for fast, aggressive cleaning of rust, scale, paint, and coatings. Unlike a suction cabinet, it pressurizes the abrasive directly for higher blasting force and faster surface preparation. Airo Shot Blast manufactures and supplies pressure blasting cabinets priced from ₹1.20 lakh to ₹5 lakh. Contact us to buy a pressure pot blast cabinet, check specifications, availability, and get a quotation.
A pressure blast cabinet works on the direct pressure principle: a small pressure pot bolted beneath the cabinet's hopper pressurizes abrasive grit to match the compressed air pressure, so grit falls by gravity directly into the moving air stream. Because the air's only job is moving grit that's already pressurized, not sucking it up from a reservoir, this delivers substantially higher velocity at the nozzle than a suction blasting cabinet, completing the same job in less time.
The pressure pot refills automatically from the hopper above it, so the operator doesn't need to reload grit mid-job manually.
Available Models
| Model | Suited For |

| PB 50120 | Larger components, higher-volume work |
Exact dimensions, capacity, and pricing vary by model - request a quote specifying your component size for the right recommendation.
Because grit is pressurized rather than sucked up through a hose, a direct pressure blast cabinet delivers meaningfully higher output than a comparable suction cabinet - the exact multiple depends on steel grit type, nozzle size, and air pressure, but the difference is substantial enough that pressure cabinets are the standard choice wherever cleaning speed and heavy corrosion removal matter more than upfront cost.
Pressure blasting cabinet price ranges from ₹1.2 lakh to ₹5 lakh, depending on cabinet model (PB 9182, 12090, or 50120), dust collector type, and optional accessories.

Ranges from ₹1.2 lakh to ₹5 lakh, depending on model size and configuration. Request a quote for an exact figure.
A pressure cabinet pressurizes grit directly for higher-velocity, faster cleaning. A suction cabinet draws grit up through a hose using vacuum, which is gentler and typically lower cost but slower.
It depends on your component size: APB 9182 suits smaller parts, APB 12090 suits medium-sized components, and APB 50120 suits larger or higher-volume work. Share your component dimensions for a specific recommendation.
Yes - with appropriate masking, it can etch artwork and lettering into glass, stone, plastic, and metal.
A tubular fabric bag filter is standard; a reverse pulse-jet cartridge filter is available as an upgrade for higher dust collection efficiency.
