Application
Highlighted use-cases so you can quickly match the machine to your job.
The wet blasting cabinet is used for gentle cleaning, deburring, polishing, and surface finishing of components where reduced dust and controlled abrasive action are required. It is commonly used in automotive, aerospace, engineering, and precision manufacturing applications.
Clears burrs cleanly without the aggressive material removal that dry blasting can cause on precision components.
Prepares surfaces for tin and other tool coatings, hard chrome coatings, and composite bonding, giving the finish the profile needed for strong adhesion.
Etches and smooths glass for both decorative use (homes, hotels) and functional finishing work.
Peens surfaces to a clean, bright appearance where cosmetic finish quality matters.
Cleans molds between production runs without damaging mold surface tolerances.
Clears debris from PCB holes with a controlled, low-damage process suited to delicate board substrates.

Product details
A wet blasting cabinet is built for precision finishing where dust control and surface delicacy matter. Airo Shot Blast manufactures and supplies wet blasting cabinets for precision parts, PCBs, molds, and decorative glass work. Prices start from ₹1.5 lakh, depending on the model. A water blasting cabinet uses a seal-less slurry pump to mix abrasive media with water into a slurry, then pumps that slurry to a blast gun where compressed air propels it onto the surface at a set pressure. Because the abrasive media travels suspended in water rather than dry through air, the process runs dust-free and gives finer control over the finish - well suited to delicate, precision-manufactured parts.
An exhaust blower filter maintains negative pressure inside the cabinet, keeping mist from escaping during operation. Fresh water rinses the operator's view window at set intervals, keeping visibility clear throughout the blasting cycle.

Ranges from ₹1.5 lakh to ₹4.5 lakh, depending on model size and configuration. Request a quote for an exact figure.
It depends on component size: SWB6060 suits compact, small precision parts; SWB9182 suits medium components; SWB12090 suits larger or higher-volume work.
A wet cabinet suspends abrasive in a water slurry, producing a dust-free process and gentler impact - suited to delicate, precision parts. Dry cabinets (suction or pressure) blast abrasive through air alone, which is faster but generates dust and can be more aggressive on sensitive surfaces.
100 to 700 mesh, finer than typical dry blasting media, since the water slurry allows finer abrasive to be used effectively.
