Working of dustless blasting:

In this method, a vacuum brush is connected at the end of the Sand blasting nozzle and that brush is connected to a Y connector which has two openings. One opening is for abrasive media flow and other one is connected to the suction pipe and that pipe will collect all the dust and remove it from the blasting surface and blasting will be done without the removal of any dust and dirty gases.

Wet blasting machine:

With time most of the surface gets the stain and rusted at that point surface restoration is necessary which is manually not possible so to get rid of this problem wet blasting machine is used. Wet blasting is an environment-friendly process and its dust removal capacity is also high.

Abrasive media can use:

Recycle glass can be used as an abrasive media in this blasting machine or any abrasive can be used which are not dissolved in water like coal slag and sand but sand is more aggressive on the surface as compared to glass. Sand is appropriate for surfaces like walls and concrete surfaces. But mostly we avoid sand in these blasting machines.

Working of wet blasting machine:

In the working of wet blasting machine abrasives and water is mixed in the blasting pot. Then with the help of high pressure sprayed on the surface through a nozzle so that the mixture hit the surface with high pressure after that mixture will remove all the unwanted coatings, paints, and dust on the surface and due to the use of water it also cools down the surface which means no warping on the surface.

2. Suction dustless blasting machine:
