Application
Highlighted use-cases so you can quickly match the machine to your job.
Ideal for surface cleaning, rust and paint removal, industrial maintenance, shipyards, construction sites, and metal fabrication, with minimal dust and abrasive spread.
The adjustable pressure valve allows blasting as low as ~1 bar, suited to delicate surfaces that would be damaged by standard blasting pressure.
Because dust and abrasive are contained at the point of contact, other processes can continue nearby without contamination — useful in occupied buildings or active production areas.
Interchangeable blast head fittings adapt to small and large-diameter pipes, inside and outside corners, and flat surfaces from the same machine.
The portable, one-person design suits job sites where deploying a full blasting crew isn't practical.
Surfaces come out abrasive-free immediately after blasting, ready for the next process without a separate cleanup step.

Product details
A vacuum blasting machine combines abrasive blasting and abrasive recovery in one motion - the spent media is confined to the immediate work area and pneumatically sucked back into a storage tank as the operator blasts, instead of scattering into the surrounding environment. It's built for delicate surface prep work, one-person operation, and job sites where dust containment is essential.
Vacuum blasting equipment is a portable, single-operator surface preparation unit that blasts and recovers abrasive simultaneously, using suction generated by compressed air, a vacuum pump, or an electric blower to pull spent media back into a storage tank in real time. Unlike open blasting, no dust or abrasive escapes into the surrounding work area, which makes it suitable for indoor sites, occupied buildings, and jobs where nearby processes need to keep running during blasting. A vacuum blasting machine is also called a dustless blasting machine.
A lightweight blast head combines the sand blasting nozzle and vacuum pickup in one assembly, so abrasive is fired at the surface and immediately drawn back through a recovery hose in the same motion. The system runs on a pressure-pot design paired with compressed air filters and pressure regulators, keeping blasting speed consistent in a fully enclosed, dust-free cycle.
A special valve on the pressure vessel lets the operator adjust working pressure across a wide range - down to roughly 1 bar for delicate surfaces, up to the machine's standard operating range, without switching equipment. Interchangeable blast head fittings adapt the same machine to flat surfaces, inside and outside corners, and small or large-diameter pipes.
Vacuum blasting machine price ranges from ₹3 lakh to ₹8 lakh, depending on abrasive storage capacity, nozzle configuration, and dust collector specification. Request a quote with your application details for an exact figure.
