What Is Dolomite Powder?

Dolomite powder (also called dolomite mineral powder or ground dolomite) is made by crushing and grinding dolomite rock (dolostone), then screening it to a set particle size. Dolomite forms naturally over geological time when magnesium-rich fluids react with limestone, a process called dolomitisation.
