Wet blasting cabinets SWB9182 or Water Blasting Machine have the same process that of sand blasting machine, only the difference is that wet media blasting mixes the cleaning media with water instead of air. The abrasive media and water slurry is sprayed at the part needing cleaning or smoothening and has the same effect as sand blasting without creating any dust. Wet blasting cabinets (SWB9182) have a huge size and fast speed of cleaning, etching, smoothening or deburring any surface. This process cleans by flow and does not impact, producing a ‘soft or smooth finish. Here the water acts as a lubricant, avoiding media impregnation (wastage) and extending the life of the blast media.
