Cyclone Dust Collector

A cyclone dust collector is to separate any metallic or other dust particles from the spraying/blasting room and discharge clean air to the atmosphere.The suction created by exhaust fan causes the dust laden air enters into the cylindrical/conical body of cyclone tangentially at the top and the flow assumes a vortex pattern as it travels helically downward.The centrifugal force from the air’s tangential velocity causes the heavier dust particles to move radically outward towards the cyclone’s wall.In the cyclone the dust particles get separated by a centrifugal action and get settled in a dust tray at the bottom of the cyclone. Through the exhaust fan , the clean air spirals upward and exists at the top of the cyclone.

 

Fabric Bag Dust Collector

Fabric  bag  dust collector consists of an air filter bag chamber and a dust hopper. When suction created by exhaust fan dust laden air is drawn into the dust collector through an inlet and passes through fabric bags.Then dust laden air enters into the filter bags and passes to air bag chamber through air filter bags.The dust particles are trapped into the filter bags.Due to loss of momentum,  heavier dust particles fall into the hopper  and  finer dust gets deposited on the inner surface of fabric bags and clean air or dust free air is conveyed to the exhaust chimney through blower.The bags are cleaned through motorized and manual shaking arrangement.The dust released from filter bags slides downward into a hopper for further collection into the dustbin.

 

Pleated Bag Dust Collector

When suction created by exhaust fan, the dust laden air is drawn into the dust collector through an inlet due to and passes through pleated bag elements. Increases the filter life when abrasive resistant inlet promotes dropping out high particulate and generates uniform air flow.Clean air flows through the center passage of the pleated bag,  from where it is conveyed to the exhaust chimney through blower,  then released into the atmosphere through an outlet duct and dust gets deposited on the outer surface of pleated bag. A pleated bag is automatically and periodically cleaned through air purging. Solenoid valves  activates sequence circuit for high pressure air purging of a pre selected pleated bag.Dust particles released from pleated bags slides downward into the hopper for further collection into the dustbin.

Cartridge Dust Collector

The dust collector consists of an air filter cartridge chamber, exhaust air chamber and a dust hopper. The dust laden air to be drawn into the dust collector, when suction created by the exhaust fan, Dust laden air passes through the filter cartridge elements. Dust free air collected into the air exhaust chamber, from where it is conveyed to the exhaust chimney through blower and dust particles are trapped into the filter cartridges. The abrasive resistant inlet promotes dropping out high particulate and generates uniform air flow. Thus, it increases filter life. An air manifold is provided with the filter chamber. When pulse of high velocity compressed air expanding against the inner surface of the cartridges, then the filter cartridges are cleaned. The dust released from cartridges slides downward into the hopper, for further collection into the dustbin.
