Motorized Shaking Fabric Bag Dust Collector or a shaker dust collector also known as shaker fabric filter refers to a dust collector using a shaker cleaning system to remove the collected dust particles from the surface of the filter media by mechanically shaking the filter bags with the help of motor. This can be done by two ways either manually or by using a motor driving an eccentric which in turn has been connected to the filter bags.
Fabric bag filters are filters used in industrial systems for filtering dusty gases. The basic function of fabric bag filter is to separate dust particles for dusty gases released by different production processes in the industries. The structure of a bag filter is made up of a fabric bag made using different kind of fabrics and a motor that powers the machine to operate. Fabric bag filters are considered to be the most efficient among all dust collectors because it can achieve efficiency level up to 99%. The mechanism of fabric bag filters works very smoothly and in a convenient manner. Fabric bag filters are utilized in all industrial small or large systems to collect dust particles blown out in hazardous releases.
Dust and particles are carried from source point captures dust into the main duct connected to the shaker Dust collector. Larger particles of dust fall by gravity into the hopper toward the dust storage drum. Finer particles of dust are vacuumed upward into the high efficiency Tubular filter. Fan mounted on top/side of the dust collector unit discharges clean air into the premises of the industry. When the unit is shut down there doors, the electronic control panel activates the cleaning cycle by shaking the fabric filter envelopes creating upper fabric bag oscillation instead of usual lower filter shaking which may result in less efficient cleaning.
