In this process to melt, the aluminum wire oxygen &amp; acetylene or sometimes LPG gas is applied with compressed air. Sometimes Oxygen &amp; acetylene melt the aluminum wire and compressed air is applied to atomize the molten metal or semi-molten metal on the surface of the substrate. In aluminum spray gun rollers are used to push also pull the wire in forward and backward direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aluminum spray gun is also utilized as an arc to melt the feeding material. An electric arc is produced between cathode &amp; anode to melt or semi melts the coating material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/sandblastingmachine.in\/thermal-spray-gun\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aluminum coating<\/a>&nbsp;extends the life of the substrate. The aluminum spray gun coating process provides high corrosion resistance. Aluminum spray guns needed minimal maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coating with the aluminum spray gun is done after the surface preparation process. The surface preparation process of the substrate is done with the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.airoshotblast.net\/main-product\/41-Sand-Blasting-Machine\">sandblasting machine<\/a><\/strong>. The Aluminium coating is done to prevent the surface from rust, also oxidation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An aluminum spray gun gas flow meter is applied to check the flow of gases. In gas flow meter flow of oxygen &amp; acetylene to be set according to the requirement. More flow of gases (oxygen + LPG\/ Acetylene + Compressed Air) can damage spray guns including coating material.
