Pressure blasting cabinet are working on the direct pressure principle of sandblasting. At high grit, velocity produces by a pressure sand blasting machine, which results in completing the component at a quicker rate. A pressure pot bolted under a hopper of a sand blasting cabinet for automatic grit refilling methods. For large efficiency of dust collection, a tubular fabric bag dust collector, with a large filter area is attached with the sandblast cabinet as a standard feature. A manual shaker is equipped for shaking. Huge Pressure sandblast cabinet is suggested for quick cleaning, elimination of corrosion and heavy rust using rough grit. All types of rough and medium-sized grit can be applied depending on the application.

Obtaining a 6 to 11 times more powerful output direct pressure blasting cabinet’s work with one hose connected to the blast nozzle. As a small sand blasting pot pressurizes the grit equal to the moving air pressure, the grit simply ‘falls’ (by means of gravity) into this air rivulet & is moved towards the target. So, In this way, the compressed air is only utilized for moving the grit (without having to suck it up as well).

Good clarity and powerful dust containment is produced by the powerful dust collection system which depending on the grit type and application, dust collection can be optimized by using automatically cleaned filter cartridges/cyclone dust collector.
